Buyers should be aware there are no FedEx or USPS shipments made on July 4th. Shipping via USPS and FedEx returns to normal on July 5th, if July 5th does not fall over the weekend.

For residents of Midwestern states, flat rate shipments via USPS typically arrive within two to three days of purchase.

After your order is shipped out of our facility, kratomkilos.com is no longer responsible for when the package arrives at the address you specified when you made a purchase. However, we promise to do everything in our power to make sure your packages arrive successfully.

Monday through Friday, orders are shipped same day unless the order is 10 or more kilos or more than $3500. Orders for over 10 kilos or $3500 will be shipped after your wire or credit card payment is received from your bank to our account. Orders must be placed before 2:00 PM (EST) to facilitate same day shipment. Orders placed on Sundays will be shipped on Monday. FedEx and USPS are closed on Sundays. Orders placed on federal holidays are generallys shipped the next business day.

If you choose FedEx to deliver your package, be aware that FedEx overnight shipping policies state that orders will typically arrive in one business day from the time of the shipment. For example, if you ordered goods on Friday prior to 2:00 PM (EST) using FedEx Overnight, your package won’t arrive at your address until Monday.

If you choose FedEx Second Day shipping, the policy states that all orders typically arrive in two business days from the time the package is shipped out of our facility.

Packages shipped via USPS are subject to USPS policy that states delivery times will vary according to destination zip codes and origin of the shipment. USPS provides customers with estimated delivery times of their packages on the USPS website.
