Any risk of loss is transferred immediately to the buyer upon purchasing goods from the seller.

PERSONAL INFORMATION: Shipping and billing information provided to the seller is affirmed by the buyer. This information will be considered accurate and truthful. Buyer also confirms any personal information given to the seller is solely and uniquely the buyer’s information and NOT the information of any third party.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SALE: Seller (kratomkilos.com) has the right to refuse services or sales to anyone for any reason put forth by the seller. Goods from the seller are never sold to or shipped to buyers in Thailand, Bhutan, Australia, Finland, Denmark, Poland, Lithuania, Malaysia or Myanmar (Burma). Goods sold by the seller will never be shipped to buyers in Tennessee, Wisconsin or Indiana for any reason.

SHIPPING: Seller intends to make every and all effort to ship goods to the buyer as expeditiously as possible. If a delay occurs, the buyer will affirm that the seller is not liable for the delay.

RETURNED AND BOUNCED ECHECKS: All EChecks that are returned for insufficient funds or any other reason WILL be handed over for collection or to the proper authorities in the buyer’s state for prosecution.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS: All opened goods purchased from the seller will not be eligible for return or a refund. If the buyer has a sealed, unopened package they would like to return, they should contact kratomkilos.com to learn about return options. Purchases over 30 days old, from the time of purchase, are considered FINAL and not eligible for a refund. Buyers given a refund should allow up to 72 hours or longer to see the refund post to their account. Holidays and weekends may cause delays in refunds being posted to a buyer’s account.

Buyers must relinquish their right to contest venue exclusion by any motion for forum non-conveniens, any motion to transfer or all/any related motions.

DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY: The purpose of the seller’s terms and conditions is to remove and eliminate all and any liability of the seller for events that cause injury or harm from the use, misuse and purchase of goods purchased on kratomkilos.com.
